The SHS has a commendable history, through its organizers, of over 14 years of conducting land-based cultural camps. These camps provide a critical, immersive environment where Secwepemc heritage, traditional ecological knowledge, and Secwepemctsín can be naturally practiced and transmitted.

I just wanted to say I had a great time at hunting camp! It was an awesome experience, and I learned a lot—from tracking and safety to understanding the outdoors and respecting nature. Every day was filled with fun and valuable lessons.
